The men beside you are not an audience. Nobody arrives to compare, and nobody arrives to be measured. Five days is long enough that the performing falls away on its own, and what is left is a small group of men doing the same work at the same time. What one man cannot see in himself, another one names. Your brothers are not here to test your hand. They are here to strengthen it in God.

The New Frame Intensive

At the center of The Crowned is a three part coaching intensive built on a single premise. A new season produces an expansion of responsibility that requires a rise in standard.

Not because something is broken, but because of the man you must embrace to step fully into what this new season is asking of you, financially, professionally, physically, relationally, or spiritually.

That work begins before you arrive. A written lesson and journal prompts are sent ahead, so mind and spirit are turned toward what lies ahead across your five days. You bring your answers, and in each live session Coach Lamar walks you through what was uncovered.

Expose

Before anything can be built, something must be seen. The first movement exposes the Frame you have been operating from, and the cracks in it that will surface under the weight of the role you are stepping into.

The Season What new role or season of life are you currently stepping into, and where have you already begun to feel the weight of its responsibilities stretching or exposing your current capacity?

Build

Awareness turns into construction. You name the role you are entering and the responsibilities that actually define it. Standards are not chased. They are the byproduct of responsibilities carried.

The Temptation Where do you want the outcome, the recognition, or the title without fully accepting the duties that produce it?

Framework

Awareness without a Framework to execute it is only information. The final movement builds the operating structure that carries the New Frame into ordinary days. That Framework is represented by your Crown.

Why it is called The Crowned

Your Crown is not a reward. It is the fullness of who you are called to be, operating from the inside out.

Naming it is not the same as wearing it. The first two movements bring you to the edge of that decision. The third asks you to make it, then builds the structure that keeps you from quietly setting it back down once you are home.

The Intensive is the spine of the five days. Everything around it, the long meals, the mornings away, the excursions chosen for the place rather than the adrenaline, exists to give the work room to land. Nothing on the schedule is there to fill time.

Coach Lamar Pinson is a Faith-Based Life Performance Coach with over a decade of experience helping high-responsibility men navigate and lead their lives with clarity, authority, and conviction.

He is not a pastor. He is not a therapist. He is not a motivational speaker. He is a coach, one who coaches from the authority of scripture and the precision of a structured methodology.

Across your five days, God sets the table and brings you to it. Coach Lamar is there to serve you while you listen.

The location

The city and the dates are announced in December. For 2027 the cities under consideration are Mexico City, Medellín, and Dubai. December gives you time to book flights and request the time away from work.

The dates

The retreat is held once a year, in April or May. The exact dates are confirmed in December, once the city is set. You will know before any commitment is required of you, and Coach Lamar speaks with every man personally.

The number

Nine seats, held small on purpose. The depth of the coaching and the standard of the brotherhood both depend on it.

What does a seat cost?

The investment is four figures and is disclosed during registration. Payment options are always made available, including Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm through Stripe.

I have registered. What happens next?

Registering is not a commitment. Nine men are selected from the list of registrants, and Coach Lamar speaks personally with every man who is chosen. Communication takes place by email and WhatsApp, and you will never be left in the dark about where you stand in the process. Provide accurate contact information, and add contact@coachlamarpinson.com to your address book so nothing lands where you will not see it.

Do I need to have worked with Coach Lamar before?

No. The Crowned is open to any man who believes and is seeking brotherhood, a deeper walk with God, and an experience built to carry both. Coach Lamar welcomes you.

How established does my faith need to be?

Every man arrives at a different point on his walk. Some have been walking for decades, some are still early, and both have sat in this room. The qualifier is not the depth or the length of your faith. It is whether you are seeking to draw nearer to Him. What happens across the five days is refinement rather than introduction, and a man who wants to be closer to God is ready for that regardless of where he is starting.

Who else will be on the retreat?

Eight other men with the same desire, each at a different place in his walk. They will not be a network and they will not be an audience. They are there to strengthen your hand in God, and you will be there to strengthen theirs.

What do I need to bring?

You will be told exactly what to bring, in detail, well before you travel. The setting, the weather, the sessions, and the excursions are all accounted for, so nothing is left for you to guess at.

Do I need travel insurance?

It is not included and it is worth having. Travel is unpredictable, and a policy covers the delays, cancellations, and medical situations that occasionally come with it. The seat is yours either way, but insurance protects the rest.

Do I need to be in shape?

There is one group training session across the five days and it is built for every body in the room. Recovery is scheduled around it. Nothing here is designed to break you down.

What if I cannot get away for five days?

Then this is not your year, and that is an honest answer rather than a soft one. The work requires that you leave your world completely, and a man who is still managing it from a phone has not actually arrived.
